Collection and delivery
Collect your plants in Ruimsig, or have them delivered across the West Rand for a fee. You choose when you order.
Step by step
- Add the plants you want to your order, choose collection or delivery, and send it to us on WhatsApp.
- We check what's in stock and reply with your total and how to pay.
- We agree a time. Collection is in Ruimsig. We send you the full address and a time on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.
- You collect your plants, or we deliver them.
Delivery
We deliver across the West Rand, Monday to Friday, not on public holidays. Tell us your street and suburb when you order, and we confirm on WhatsApp that we can deliver to you. The delivery fee depends on where you are. We confirm it on WhatsApp before you pay.
Delivery orders are paid by EFT before we deliver. We agree a delivery day with you on WhatsApp. Someone needs to be there to receive the plants, and please look them over and photograph any concern when they arrive.
Collection hours
Collection is Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm, and we are closed on public holidays. We confirm your day and time on WhatsApp.
Good to know
- Every plant is a real, live plant in a black nursery pot. We don't sell artificial plants.
- Pot size means the width of the pot, not how tall the plant is.
- Stock changes, so please wait for our WhatsApp confirmation before you travel.
- Please look over your plants when you collect them or when they arrive, and tell us if something isn't right.
- Some houseplants can irritate or be harmful if eaten. Keep them away from pets and small children.
- Changed your mind or have a problem later? Message us on WhatsApp. Our returns policy and terms of sale are being finalised.
